How to Get Help When You Need It
When something is not working right, or you are just not able to figure it out--our customer support is ready to help.
Office hours are 08-17 CET Monday through Friday, but we are geeks around here, so you may also get the odd email response at off hours after a spontaneous troubleshooting session.
Many of you know us very well and have been with us for years, and these are customer relationships we very much appreciate. We do however as that all customer support requests be sent through the proper channels, so that we can track them and follow them up appropriately.
How to Create a Support Ticket
As a business customer, you can email support@eyenetworks.no to create a new ticket.
Remember that the more information you give us about your problem, the quicker and simpler it is for us to follow up on it. Please be specific!
You can log in to the Jira Service Desk portal to see the status of your tickets or add more detail.
